I ordered a paw print locket for my BFF who had just lost her 16 year old dog and was having it mailed directly to her. They ended up mailing it to me, even though they had the correct address on the order confirmation. I tried for days to get ahold of an actual person and couldn't. I finally emailed them and it took several days for someone to email me back. I will say the only good thing about their error was that I was able to see the necklace and they did a great job with it. Not being able to talk to a person to get something resolved right away will make me think twice about ordering from them again.
