Ordering
    How long will it take to receive my order? We're experiencing high order volume, so orders may take longer than usual to process.

    We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Please note that due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center, so orders may take longer than usual. Personalized items take 8 to 12 days to custom make your item. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

    What types of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. We accept Paypal and Amazon Pay. We also offer installment payments through Klarna on orders with a minimum of $35.

    What is Klarna?

    Klarna is a service that allows you to split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every 2 weeks. You'll be able to select this method at checkout. For more questions, please refer to Klarna's FAQs here: https://www.klarna.com/us/customer-service/

    Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

    Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly as possible at (888) 356-1538.

    Do you offer gift packaging?

    At Luca + Danni, we believe the jewelry is just one part of the story. That’s why every order is delivered in a ready-to-give gift box with a unique essence card inspired by that particular design. This beautiful 3.25”x3.25” card is thoughtfully worded and lovingly created to illustrate the sentiment behind the specific Luca + Danni piece you have selected. Store it as a keepsake in your signature presentation box, or display it anywhere you need encouragement or inspiration.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

    Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on lucadanni.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at (888) 356-1538.

    Do you offer e-gift cards?

    Yes, we offer e-gift cards that are sent to the recipient by email. E-gift cards have no additional processing fees. E-gift cards are available in amounts of $35 - $250 and are redeemable only on lucadanni.com. For more information on e-gift cards, please visit https://lucadanni.com/products/gift-card.

    Can I turn off Facebook Messenger alerts?

    What are your shipping options?

    For your convenience, we offer three shipping options - FREE Standard USPS Shipping on orders $60+: 4-7 business days; $7 Standard USPS Shipping on orders under $60; Priority Shipping: 2 business days (must order by 11am EST, Mon-Fri) for $11; Express Shipping: 1 business day (must order by 11am EST, Mon-Fri) for $25.

    How will my order ship?

    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method that you choose. Please note that due COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed.

    We do not offer Saturday as a specific shipping option, but as we ship USPS, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    Yes we do.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently Luca + Danni ships to Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping charges apply, Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

    How can I track my order?

    Is a signature required for delivery?

    A signature is not required for delivery.

Returns
    What is your return policy?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Please return all merchandise with our Return Merchandise Authorization form located here: https://lucadanni.com/pages/return-authorization-form.     I ordered the wrong size/finish; how can I receive the correct size/finish?

    My jewelry is damaged. Can it be repaired?

    Please contact Customer Service by emailing us at customerservice@lucadanni.com or by calling us at (888) 356-1538 to discuss details.

    How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

    Returns are processed 5-10 business days from the receipt of your product by Luca + Danni. Please note that it may take an additional 3 days for the credit to be applied to your account because payment processing is not handled in house.

    What size are your bracelets?

    Our Regular size bracelet has a circumference of 7.5", our Petite size bracelet has a circumference of 6.5", and our Large size bracelet has a circumference of 8".

    Do you offer children's sizes?

    At this time, Luca + Danni does not offer children's sizes.

    Where is your jewelry made?

    All of our jewelry is hand-crafted and made in the USA at our factory in Cranston, RI.

    What are your products made of?

    Luca+Danni proudly handcrafts its products using lead-free premium alloys along with high-quality crystals and natural gemstones. As a result, there may be some natural variation in the individual pieces due to the handcrafted nature of our production process.

    How do I care for my jewelry?

    Everyday Use
    When applying lotions or perfume, make sure it is fully absorbed into your skin and clothing before putting on your jewelry as the chemicals typically found in these products may cause them to oxidize and/or tarnish. Always remember to remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing or going to bed. After each use, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a box to keep the finish looking its best.
    Additional Cleaning
    Clean with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Always refrain from using abrasive materials such as paper towels or rigid fabrics when cleaning or drying your jewelry as these products may scratch the surface of the piece. We do not suggest using jewelry cleaner as the solution may remove the clear coat protective seal.

    How can I join your e-mail program?

    Can I customize my own bracelet?

    Does your jewelry contain nickel?

    Our Silver finish may contain slight traces of nickel. If you are sensitive to nickel, we recommend our Brass finish jewelry.

    What is a bolo bead?

    It is a sliding clasp that allows the wearer to customize the fit to their liking.

    Why doesn't my jewelry look exactly like the picture on the website?

    Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Natural variation in product is normal and not a reflection in quality.

    Can you tell me more about NFTs?


    What is an NFT?
    NFTs (also known as non-fungible tokens) are tokens that are used to represent ownership of unique items. NFTs let us digitally tokenize things like art, collectibles, and now even Luca + Danni designs and creative. NFTs can only have one official owner at a time and they're secured by innovative blockchain technology.

    Why is it non-fungible? NFT stands for non-fungible token. Non-fungible is an economic term that you could use to describe things like your furniture, a song file, or your computer. These things are not interchangeable for other items because they have unique properties.

    How will I receive the NFT? After checking out of the Luca + Danni website, you will be receiving a separate email from our blockchain wallet partner, Venly. This email will contain NFT, which will be safely secured in your digital wallet. If you don’t have a digital wallet, Venly will provide instructions on how to create one (don’t worry, it’s easy!). Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email from Venly after purchasing your NFT.

    What is a digital wallet? A digital wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to manage different kinds of digital tokens and NFTs. All transactions are secure as they are created and maintained by innovative blockchain technology.
