Not Luca and Dani Quality

This bracelet is not at all the quality I've come to know from L + D.

I'll start with the positives. The golden color is beautiful and the snowflake itself is very pretty.

The picture I selected to use was a professionally done photo. Quality was not this issue. The photo in the center of my snowflake is blurry and hard to make out. It is a photo of my kids and I was really excited to get it. The most concerning issue is how they fastened the snowflake to the bracelet itself. It is done with a wire and it is EXTREMELY flimsy and it spins all around. All of my other L + D bracelets have the charm sottered. If I were to lose the charm with my kids photo on it, I'd be devastated. I don't even want to wear it, it's quality is not as expected and I would be very careful if ordering this as a gift for the Christmas season.
